Theta Xi will celebrate 162 years of brotherhood, leadership, and service at the Anniversary Convention!
We hope that you will plan to join us, in Tucson, Arizona, as we conduct the business of the organization, celebrate our brotherhood, and create lasting memories for the entire family!

Registration: Delegate registration will open 6 months before the event. Registration will be done through your myThetaXi account.
Convention Schedule:
The 162nd Anniversary Convention will include opportunities for delegates to engage one another for professional and personal development workshops, participate in the governance of the Fraternity, attend educational seminars, and exchange ideas to better their chapter, colony, association, or club. A full schedule with be shared closer to the opening of registration.
Fraternity Governance:
The 162nd Anniversary Convention serves as the Supreme Authority for Theta Xi Fraternity. Convention delegates will vote on important matters proposed by the Grand Lodge. Three legislative motions to change the National Constitution & Bylaws will be presented AND the election of the 2026-2028 Grand Lodge will be conducted. For a full list of proposed legislative motions, national committee reports, previous meeting minutes, and Grand Lodge candidates, please log into your myThetaXi account, and locate the “Convention Materials” folder in the Resource Center. This folder will be continually updated over the next several months. Please check back for updated information leading up to the Convention.
Grand Lodge Undergraduate Director Candidate Information:
In addition to the director and officer seats on the Grand Lodge, convention delegates shall also elect 2 undergraduate directors. Undergraduates who are interested in running for election to the Grand Lodge must complete an application form indicating their interest. Applications must be complete and received no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026 to be included in the Delegate materials at the convention. Any questions about the position or election process can be directed to Executive Director, Tanner Marcantel.
Convention Voting:
Chapters, Colonies, Chartered Alumni Associations and Alumni Clubs in good standing are voting privileges on all business and elections at the Convention. Individuals who are members of the Grand Lodge, Chapter Advisors (DGLs), District Directors, members of the Order of the Unicorn, and National Committee Chairmen also receive a vote at the Convention. The number of votes afforded to each entity or individual varies, and is weighted according to the National Constitution and Bylaws.
Alumni Proxy Voting:
Chartered Alumni Associations and Alumni Clubs in good standing are allowed to designate a delegate in place of the president of their respective association or club. If the president is unable to attend, he may designate a proxy. A proxy form is required to designate alumni association or club votes to a delegate other than the president of record. No other proxy votes are allowed.
