Recruitment is of  the main areas of Theta Xi's Strategic Plan. The vision and goals for this part of the Strategic Plan are:

Vision

Theta Xi is a strong and growing Brotherhood that sustains excellence in scholastics, fellowship, service and ethics by recruiting and developing future leaders. Each Chapter operates at a membership level that provides the full Fraternity experience to every undergraduate member.

Two-Year Goals

• Ideal and acceptable ranges for chapter size are established based on university size, housing, Greek population, and other chapter-specific factors. At least 33% of Chapters are operating within their “Ideal Range” and at least 67% are operating within their “Acceptable Range.”

Ten-Year Goals

• Ideal and acceptable ranges for chapter size are established based on university size, housing, Greek population, and other chapter-specific factors. At least 75% of Chapters are operating within their “Ideal Range” and at least 90% are operating within their “Acceptable Range.”
