Expansion, growing the chapter roll, is identified
as a priority in Theta Xi's Strategic Plan.
The vision and goals for this part of the Strategic Plan are:
Vision
Theta Xi Fraternity’s nation-wide
presence on an increasing number and diversity of campuses provides extensive
opportunities for undergraduates to participate in and strengthen the Bonds
of Brotherhood. This network of Chapters increases public recognition of the
Fraternity and enhances both the strength and quality of the Brotherhood.
Two-Year Goals
- At least 3 undergraduate Chapters join the Fraternity’s active chapter
rolls as either re-chartered or newly-chartered Chapters. At least 50% of
these Chapters are re-chartered. At least 50% are at schools that rank in
the top third by size.
Ten-Year Goals
- At least 15 undergraduate Chapters join the Fraternity’s active chapter
rolls as either re-chartered or newly-chartered Chapters. At least 50% of
these Chapters are re-chartered. At least 50% are at schools that rank in
the top third by size.
