Our goal with moving the submission process online is to make it easier and quicker to complete. Following these three easy steps (in order) will make the process simple and will ensure you do not skip or miss anything. Remember... ALL submissions must be sent no later than Monday, June 16, 2008.
Download the Preparation Workbook which is an exact replica of the Online Submission Form. Use the Preparation Workbook to gather information and prepare additional submissions to submit on behalf of your chapter or colony.
NO LONGER ACTIVE - SUBMISSION PERIOD CLOSED - After all information is gathered, proceed to the Online Submission Form. (One submission per chapter/colony. Password is REQUIRED.)
After completing the Online Submission Form, you MUST use the Submissions Checklist as a cover page and to organize the additional documentation that must be emailed or postmarked by Monday, June 16, 2008.
